Emily Bowers is a dedicated and passionate Account Manager originally from Salem, VA. While she lived in Winston-Salem, NC for 8 years, she currently works remotely in Roanoke, VA.

Emily's favorite aspect of her job is her commitment to educating, serving, and protecting families and businesses with the top insurance options. Jackie Phillips is a dedicated member of the service team, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others. Born in Upstate NY, she relocated to New Port Richey, Florida in 1978 before eventually settling in Winston Salem in 2019.

With over three decades of experience with State Farm agents since starting in 1987, Jackie has developed a deep appreciation for the people she works with. She considers her team to be the greatest, and the camaraderie and support they provide make her job all the more enjoyable.

Outside of work, Jackie is a proud mother to her three children: Daniel, Jill, and Casey. She is also a doting grandmother to Charlotte (9 months), Ciara (4 years), Daniel (9 years), Ashleigh (22 years), and Ciara (24 years). Additionally, Jackie has a fur baby named Betty White, a lovable mutt who brings joy to her life.

In her free time, Jackie enjoys working in her yard and tending to her chickens. She also has an impressive side career as a line dance instructor, having taught line dancing for 27 years.

Madison is a customer service representative who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with customers. Originally from Clemmons, NC, she now resides in Advance, NC, with her husband, Rusty, and their almost 2-year-old daughter, Haisley. The family also includes three cats: Stormy, a young tuxedo kitten; Cookie, a 6-year-old black and white cat; and Pidgey, a 10-year-old gray tabby.

Outside of work, Madison leads worship at REVO Church in Winston-Salem, where she plays the keyboard and sings almost every Sunday. She holds a BA in Religion and Philosophy with a concentration in Christian Ministries from Catawba College, having graduated in 2020. Madison enjoys playing the piano, thrift shopping, and singing. Impressively, she taught herself piano in college and has even auditioned for American Idol and The X Factor, embracing the experiences wholeheartedly.

Rhushaun is an Intern with the Babusiak Agency. He is originally from the Bronx, NY, and now calls Greensboro, NC, home. He graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a B.A. in Liberal Studies. Rhushaun is an enthusiastic Entertainment Host with a passion for connecting with audiences. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys spending his free time riding horses, combining his love for the outdoors with his vibrant personality.
